Singer/songwriter to perform in Midvale
The Midvale Arts Council will present a free concert by Kaeli Jensen on Friday, March 18 at 7:30 p.m. at the Midvale Performing Arts Center , 695 West Center Street (7720 South).
Jensen is already a seasoned singer, songwriter and performer at 19 years old. She is currently working on her second album of original songs.
Her first self-titled album was released in the U.S. two years ago and was also released in the UK. It was met with favorable reviews from as far away as Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Japan, and is available on CD Baby, iTunes, Amazon and many other retail sites.
She began singing and performing at the age of 6 and wrote her first songs at the age of 12. Studying with world renowned vocal coach Dean Kaelin has brought Kaeli to a high vocal level, strong and enduring. She is also an accomplished pianist and uses this instrument to aid in her songwriting and musical arrangements. Recently, she has been working on the guitar and soon will be able to add this to her list of accomplishments.
Reaching out to her peers, she touches on subject matters that affect not just the teen demographic but all of us. Her songs remind us all that life is for living to the fullest, experiencing every moment as it ticks by without hesitation. Lovely and poised, she is destined to be the artist and voice that stands out above the rest.
