Last month, the West Valley Journal ran a story about the top 3 percent of 11th grade students in West Valley City being honored by the mayor and city council. Our writer took the list of students from the West Valley City website. It appeared to be the complete list, but it was later discovered it did not include students who attend Taylorsville schools but live in West Valley.
